For complete instructions on ticket ordering for both the College and MIMG ceremonies, visit— https://www.college.ucla.edu/commencement/ticket-ordering/
Tickets and parking passes for the MIMG Departmental Ceremony can be reserved on myUCLA. You may reserve up to 4, and add additional tickets to a waitlist. There is no charge for the first 4 tickets. Each additional ticket is $12. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for unused tickets. Waitlist tickets will be charged only if available, determined in late May by the university. There are no “extra tickets” available for anyone, no matter how large your guest count is. The department cannot request more tickets.
Tickets will be collected at the ceremony; each of your guests must have a ticket to enter the seating area. NO EXCEPTIONS. Children who can sit on a lap do not need a ticket. Since the event is outside, guests without tickets are welcome to stand outside the seating area, where they will be able to see the stage. Seating will be first come, first serve. If some of your guests want to arrive early to save seats they may do so, but at 9:30 AM, seats that are unoccupied MUST BE GIVEN UP to those who do not have a seat.
Tickets will be available for pick-up from Tuesday, May 26th to Friday, June 5th at the UCLA CTO- Central Ticketing Office, http://www.tickets.ucla.edu/
Parking passes can be purchased when ordering tickets. Early arrival to UCLA is recommended. More info may be found at https://www.commencement.ucla.edu/directions.
